In order to provide personal and lively commentary, we ask that all crews complete our Saturdays Crew Information Sheet available on our site under the "Waivers & Docs" link at the top of the page. Please complete the questionnaire and either bring it in with you to registration or you may email the completed pdf to amy@kaiopua.org.
